It is not a secret that the way we act towards the world is an effect of how the world acts towards us. It is ironic, is not it?
There is still a battle between whether the nature (genetics/biological factors) or the nurture (influence of external factors) that shapes us individuals, yet the big ideas in Social Psychology reveal that “We construct our social reality” through social, biological, and psychological influences, as well as our personal attitude and disposition.

Thinking is also talking to ourselves, our perspective with ourselves how we criticize and see ourselves and how we connect it with other people. How we think every day it influences how we perceive and react to situations. There are ways to think, social thinking is one of them it refers to

Personal Attitudes and Dispositions Also Shape Behavior

Internal forces also matter. Our inner attitudes affect our outer behavior.
How we might feel on something might change the way we behave for example we specifically hate the online class we might skip classes and our grades might fail.
